Stephen Baker posted in Business Week Blogspotting  about risks of being sued commonly resulted from hate or revealing comments on a blog post. According to The Blog Herald, a fellow blogger Aaron Wall of SEOBook is being sued by company called Traffic Power for defamation and disclosing trade secrets.
On a personal note, moderating your comments is important to avoid spammers but talking about avoiding those legal matters… Hmmmm. Think of moderating possible libelous comments…
