philippines home based call centerThe call center industry in the Philippines, dubbed as the “sunshine industry” because of its spectacular growth, is now being feared as possibly a bubble industry as well. With analysts predicting the downfall of the call center industry possibly sooner than later due to stiff global competition, will the latest trend of home based call center startups have the same fate?

An individual may have his own home based call center in the Philippines for as low as Php 9,600.00. Requirements would only include a desktop computer and Internet connection. Training would be provided by the company.

As to what kind of individual is best suited for this job opportunity, one may base this on the job specifications provided by the Team 1 Alliance International Inc., the firm credited of pioneering the home-based call center industry in the Philippines.

The company described qualified individuals to be at least 18 years of age and with adequate English and computer proficiency. Team 1 Alliance had also chosen to accept even individuals without prior call center experience as well. Afterwards, qualified applicants would be trained by the company and provided with their own computer equipment and software, a list of qualified customers and saleable products.

As of now, little statistics or news is available to gauge the success rate of home based call centers. Considering, however, the fact that these call centers will still earn in dollars, profitability may probably better than other locally sourced home-based opportunities. Interested individuals must beware, however, of business offers that are not backed up with proper licensing as these may simply yet another strategy of con artists to embezzle their hard-earned money.

Speaking of which… know somebody who’s interested to be a home-based telemarketer?

Call centers are attractive employment opportunities for many Filipinos today, because all they need is a good command of English. Computer skills is not a problem at all since there are many computer-literate Filipinos already. However, many also choose to miss this opportunity because it doesn’t provide much of a work experience necessary if one wishes to get a better job.

This is a huge help and many business men from different countries decided to build their business in Philippines. Especially now that there are a lot of people who are jobless.

I think this is a new opportunity for mother and other people who likes to work at home. Should be many people interested on this job at Philippines

congratulations that Philippines got a new idea of a job that is convenient to the both parties to make their business

No big surpise.. Call Center jobs rocks these days… I am from India.. billion dollar oppportunities in that field… Home Based Call Center is not common here … Thats even great….

While the idea of being a home-based call center agent sounds good, one must take into consideration that this kind of working arrangement is not for everyone. It’s been said that working from home has its perks as well as its pitfalls, and unlike being an employee wherein one only needs to report to the office to conduct their work, the former requires more planning and preparation. There will certainly be boundaries (balance between worktime/family time) and distractions (kids, your dog/washing machine/lawnmower ratching in your backyard) that will have to be dealt with in order to work efficiently.

This is not meant to discourage anyone, but rather, another point of consideration if you’re really interested in becoming a home-based call center agent.

Well, who doesn’t want to work at home? Of course everybody does. But, yes, you have to consider boundaries and distractions. For a mother like me, though my job can be done at home but I don’t think I can concentrate with it. I still prefer to go to the office or somewhere else that I can focus on what I’m doing. The thing I like with my job is a flexible time so I can go to work and be at home any time.

what is the required language? maybe can give it a try since it is only a part time home based job…

i will say if these is a oppertunity for me to do a home based job, i’m sure wont miss it. i guess this is better than those office work because home based job we have more freedom.

i guess i will not miss this opportunity if the pay is good and it is speak in english. just want to try somthing new and difference.

I’ve been checking Team1alliance website for quite a while and it’s still under maintenance. I would like to be a part of this posted homebased job. I already sent my resume’ but i haven’t received an update. I’m following up my application. I’m experienced in this CS oriented business. I’ve great internet access and possible equipments that you require.

Please let me know at shelleylunday@gmail.com or send SMS at 0927 529 1011. Hope to hear from you.

is the post still available? how is the paid? when can i read more about this job? cause the job sound interesting also. i have internet access at home too, so maybe i can try my luck to send out my resume.

I was going to subcontract out an Indian call center for some work that I was doing about a year ago. When I started to research the structure and the results I changed my mind.

Even in the Pacific Rim the actual numbers weren’t there to support the discounted rates that the larger companies were asking.

In the end I didn’t go with any of the firms abroad and instead opened up a much smaller operation in the US.

how can I start a home based call center?what are the requirements?

Home based call center is a good business. It only requires people who can command in English.

YEs but team1 alliance is an mlm multi level marketing and not a real homebased center beware

what a review..
i hope it will available in other contries too..
i like this service
