They provide a user manual that wil give each customer a detailed diagram to help them connect their broadband modem properly.
In the local scene, Ive been hearing a lot of horror stories about their experience using Globe Broadband. I would love to compare BT Broadband and Globe Broadband if they can provide a broadband speed test together. Although I know its not possible since they are not even competitors at all.

Hm, I’ve heard about Globe Broadband and their bad service. I don’t know where are they from ( Asia?) but I’ve read about their foul deeds on more then one blog.
