i think proper nutrition, coupled with exercise and diet supplements are the way to go for weight loss

I noticed a huge difference when I started to drink more water and eat more fiber. Lost more weight through these two things (and some good old exercise) than any of these ‘faddy’ diets.

I agree, drink more water and eat more fiber. Drinking more water is also good for your skin, make your skin smooth. :)

Weight loss is all about creating a calorie deficit through diet and cardio.

I said it before, and I will say it again:

In order to lose weight AND keep it off, you MUST exercise as well. I have too many friends that think they can start a diet and the pounds will just disappear. Maybe if you got the metabolism of a bird, but for the rest of us, you need to exercise.

I lost 15 pounds this year so far by doing the Medifast diet program AND taking a walk around the block every single night.

It doesn’t take much to get back into shape.

There are a lot of misconceptions on weight loss. For instance diet sodas are believed to help in weight loss because you avoid the calories. Recent scientific studies have shown the diet drink may increase weight gain.
