Its final, the most awaited concert of the year is set on August 30, 2008 and will be staged at the Fort Bonifacio Global City .

Buendia was quoted saying “Im not doing this for the money but for the E-heads fans who remain loyal”.
According to the EraserHeads Yahoogroups; Marlboro is sponsoring this concert and paid each of the members a staggering P10M each to do a full 45-minute set. They are expecting 35,000 attendees and tickets will be distributed online for free early August 2008.
How to Get Free E-heads reunion concert tickets?
Heres How:
If you are an adult smoker, You need to go to www.marlboro.ph and signup. They will require you to submit a valid photo ID upon signing up.
Accepted Photo ID’s are GSIS Photo ID, SSS Photo ID, Passport, Driver’s License or a PRC License / Photo ID.
After your registration and submission of your Photo ID, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm that that your application is being processed. Upon approval, you will be contacted via phone or email for your most awaited concert tickets.

What’s wrong with this kind of sponsorship. It’s a clear undertsanding that after signing in the said event you have to fax or send confirmation that you’re 18 years old above or you have to confirm everything thru phone conversation and even in the concert event you have to present valid ID’s for you to veirfy your invitation. PMI did their part in ensuring that below 18 years old is not allowed. I think those people who are trying to hold this kind of event just want to have a MEDIA PUBLICITY for them to be known (Wag kayo plastik). We are a democratic country here and every citizen knows what is right for us and decide what is good or bad. Fans spent years waiting for the band to play again(Live and together). Even you doctors, nurses and DOH employees and FCAP smoke too (Wag kayong plastik). Now the concert is not free anymore are you happy and satisfied (DOH & FCAP). Always Remember that most of the fans of E-heads are in the middle class or even in the low level class. For sure DOH may commission to the new sponsor kasi di na libre….F@#k u DOH and FCAP…..What are the differences between alcohol and tobacco ? It also has negative effects in time (More than the effect of tobacco), right? So why let them sponsor the countries biggest event and even have ADS in media? Think twice or trice ..We are responsible enough to decide on what we want, what to do and whom to listen to! WHY…WHY….WHY…?????????????????????SOB…SOB…SOB….Peace Men….F@#$ers……..

It’s all about the money nowadays, prior to the reunion concert, remember that ely buendia is rumored to have been offered P10M! pero P4M lang pala to be exact, as what the marlboro guy told sa goodtimes with mo & .. sa magic 89.9.
Sobra akong naexcite when i heard the news of a free reunion concert. i even registered sa red list ng marlboro kahit di talaga ako smoker. dat’s how desperate i am seeing eheads together again live.
pero wat hapend? tama lang naman ang doh kung tutuusin. sumikat pa tuloy tayo sa washington bcoz of the news re sponsorship ng cigarette factory sa beatles of the philippines concert (ito ngang eheads).
at that price!!! P1300!? for sure di pumayag c ely na hindi maibigay sa kanya what is due to him! kaya ang siningil, yung mga atat na fans!
parang caltex, shell at petron, yung burden ng pagtaas ng presyo ng gasolina pinapasa sa end-users without affecting their income.
