WordCamp Philippines Volunteers Meet @ Krispy Kreme Greenhills

In less than a week, all WordPress users will meet in College of St. Benilde Manila for the first WordCamp Philippines which was organized by Mindanao Bloggers. I’m a big fan or Wordpress, in fact I’m using this CMS in all of my blogs (10 blogs). When I signed up to join the event, I immediately signified my intention to volunteer in this upcoming Wordpress event.
Ria Jose initially discussed what to expect in the event and gave us some reminders and expectations from the WordCamp Philippines organizers.
Among the organizers, we only met Ria and Andrewin Krispy Kreme Greenhills since the rest are still in Davao preparing for the Davao WordCamp which will be on September 4 at Bryan’s Grill & Café.
Among the Wordcamp Volunteers, only me, Jonel Uy, Fitz Villafuerte, Gwen Nava, Sharline Cruz and Arbet Bernardo were able to attend the volunteers meet. After the brief meeting, Ria distributed our free Black WordCamp Shirts. Shirts are also availble in Blue and Maroon color >>> order Wordcamp t-shirt here.
On September 6, WordCamp Speakers like Jayvee Fernandez, Gail Villanueva, Hans Koch, Markku Seguerra, Elymar Apao, Kring Elenzano, Karla Redor, Danilo Arao, Aileen Apolo, Regnard Raquedan will share their thoughts about blogging basics and beyond.
And of course who doesn’t want to meet Matt Mullenweg?
