i had a lot of wrist problems that came as a result of lifting weights too much and playing hours and hours of guitar. I was having tons of wrist problems. My left wrist would constantly pop and crack! It actually felt at times that my wrist was out of place. i went to a physical therapy and they showed me a ton of wrist excersizes and stretches and I haven’t had any problems since. I had one doctor that said the only thing that would help was surgery.
