Panasonic – the creator of Lumix LX3 recently announced the release of the new Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5.
Some of the additional features / enhancements are :
- Increased optical zoom to 3.8X (from 2.5x in the LX3)
- Power Optical Image Stabilization (Mega OIS in the LX3)
- Captures video in 720p high definition (in the AVCHD Lite format)
Panasonic Lumix LX5 will be available in Manila this August or September 2010 and the price range will be between 20,000 to 30,000 pesos. I previously got my LX3 from a seller in Multiply for only 20,500 Pesos. Beware : Don’t buy in Malls coz their price is usually 5 to 6k from the prices offered by online sellers in Multiply.com.

really looks wonderfull i use lumix fx model cam well this one must be greater than mine lumix has really nice lens too from leica thanks for the post
