Last night bloggers and media friends were invited in the official launch of Mysandbox which was held in Bureau – A Venue. With all the promotional VTR’s and money spent by SMART to gather Philippines top Bloggers and celebrites to promote the product, I can say that this is SMART’s most ambitious project but without a doubt this project will be successful in the longrun.
Mysandbox.com is the Philippines first Social Networking site that is catered for Mobile Bloggers. This site is perfect for bloggers on the go because it has a mobile version. It also offers an all-around portal that gathers each members input much like a regular social networking site.

Sandbox Party in Bureau – A Venue
If web users are having a blast with this site, pretty soon mobile users will enjoy the same benefits but i guess the site needs a lot of improvements for mobile users to enjoy and get hooked on it.
In Mysandbox.com, you can create your very own profile, upload your photos and videos, and write blogs about your favorite topics. Aside from being able to send and receive email, you may also use the site to chat with your friends and talk about the latest issues or products through its online forums. [More]
I was busy last year and I totally neglected almost all of the checks from several affiliate programs that needed to be deposited. Last friday, I finally got the chance to visit my bank in Acropolis near Eastwood to deposit my affiliate payment checks.
After filling out the deposit form, the bank clerk noticed that two checks from Adbritewere already considered void since it was issued more than 180 days ago and as stated infront of the check, “Checks that are not deposted after 180 days will be considered Void”. I kept the check and decided to email Adbrite Help Desk to check if I can request for a check replacement.

Adbrite will re-issue my $295.39 check
It took more than 48 hours before they got back to me only to find out that I can no longer get the affiliate payment and they will no longer reissue another set of checks. Heres the email that I got from them : [More]
Do you want to Make Money Online by writing Paid Reviews without being punished by Google? Try SocialSpark and start earning money online.
What Is Social Spark? As its name suggests, SocialSpark is yet another Social Marketing Network that connects advertisers and bloggers through an online advertising marketplace. The difference is that not only it allows you to communicate with fellow bloggers but also with advertisers via its message center.
In this new platform, Socialspark Advertisers can target blogs based on conversational topics and make cash sponsorship offers to the bloggers who publish them. The sponsorships offered through the SocialSpark marketplace allow advertisers to build buzz, generate traffic and maximize social media exposure.
As a Blogger, you can make money by either placing advertisements on your blog or by writing sponsored content. Bloggers are required to use no-follow tag in their posts because the purpose of SocialSpark is to generate buzz and not to increase the search-engine rankings.
SocialSpark provides a good network of bloggers and a great opportunity to find advertisers. Aside from the ability to search and interact with fellow members, you can also search blogs by average pageviews a month, real rank, blog props which will give you a great link building opportunity. Just like PayPerPost, Payments are also made through PayPal for fast and easy transactions.
Are you preparing for the Summer Break? Whether you have to work at home or you will be on vacation, choosing what to wear this summer is very important. Â Since summer is just around the corner and you know how humid here in Manila, you really have to make sure all to wear cotton made shirts or fabric.
Since I’m not a trend whore I hardly even prepare or even think of what to wear during summer that I think is the reason why I ended bringing polo shirt in Boracay instead of cotton shirts or sandos. This summer you don’t even need to bring jeans on your travels because it’s too hot. All you need is shorts and t-shirts made of cotton and don’t forget the sandals. [More]
While the rest of my friends wants to go to the United States, Im the only one who really wants to visit and work in Australia. Why? I really dont know but Australia seems to be so ideal for me. Many travelers opt for a one year work visa in order to find the time and resources to see more of this vast country. It is so common for backpackers to work their way round Oz that job opportunities and recruitment are relatively easy to find compared to other countries.
To stay a little longer than a year or two require a bit more planning and some kind of employment commitment… or shit loads of cash…. so the best bet is to look at getting a 4 year sponsored Australian working visa. This allows you to stay in Australia for up to 4 years provided you stay with the same employer and of course a good employee. Make sure to plan and save money because flights to Australia are a bit expensive.
The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) in Manila accepts applications and makes decisions on most temporary and permanent migration visas. They have a website that contains information on the main visas and citizenship applied for from the Philippines.
For detailed information about Australian visas and citizenship services please see the DIAC website. See: www.immi.gov.au
Application forms for all types of visas can also be downloaded from the DIAC website. See: http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/application-forms/index.htm

Is your Google PR back to Zero? Are you selling paid reviews or text link ads on your blog and was recently punished by Google? A lot of bloggers are a bit frustrated since PR is still the online advertisers medium to check a specific blogs worth.
Good thing IZEARanks.com is now here to provide us a better and inovative way to provide a real site or blog rank. With this, sponsors or online advertisers no longer need to depend solely on previous PR to evaluate the value of a blog.
IZEARanks.com now provides a totally new ranking system, all you need is to install a javascript in your blog and your blog will be ranked based on your blog traffic and influence.
Blog Ranking Formula:
- 70% weighted towards visitors per day
- 20% weighted towards amount of ACTIVE inbound links per day
- 10% weighted towards pageviews per day
You can choose whether you want to display pageviews and visitors or just your RealRank.
IZEARanks.com is giving away $1000 each for the month of February to the blog with the #1 RealRank (see the site for official rules).
If you’re worried that the code for installation will trigger another PR hit, don’t be. The code is in a no follow form. Try it to see for yourself.
